Why do you need to ask a troll bro leave it barking dogs seldom bite I guess
He was not given much attention by his parents and he had no friends so he became someone's dog hence his name and that person said what if dogs can fly and this dog actually thought he could fly hence his name. Now that he's learned that dogs can't fly and how useless of a dog he is he decided to get that attention on VLR of all places. Kinda sad of a story if you ask me.
