its not people being weird when it come to japan , its japan itself that is weird and had this weird loli culture my guy , and when i research the matter (id advice you do aswell) japan had no laws to protects children until they were pushed by usa and their allies , also until late 90s japan was psuhed by the US to have laws that forbid cp (yep they didnt have a law for that), and these incidents are very common there.
