His kit is strong but what makes him OP IS The 10s cooldown on 2 abilities AND able to get his ult back.
literally jett can get her ult reset by killing someone but yeah the cooldowns r pretty short
i still don't understand why that trash agent has a cult like fanbase always ready to say he's good😹😹😹

he's a difficult agent but not better than jett and raze which is why people dont use him really, same with phoenix and reyna
I think his kits fine the only thing that is a little scary is his ability pick-up. I've always had a gripe with rechargable abilities as is (i could rant abt this) and I think the amount of free info you can get if you use his kit correctly is a bit absurd
I think once people find and discover the optimal playstyle with him, he will be very strong. Currently nobody really knows how to maximize his kit

his molly can destroy kj ult through walls, that's insane to think, and cooldowns are kinda dumb, but his util is mostly shootable so it's ok

Higher ceiling than most agents currently? Yes... I think they will align him with a slight nerf.
Add an Ult orb and limit to 3 dizzy a round and should be fine. Being able to farm 3 ult orbs on offense every round is kind of nutty.
no, besides the fact that he can reclaim his ult hes pretty ok. he gets worse and less valuable the better a player you/your team are. hes going to be very strong low elo because he makes it easer for one player to do 2 players jobs, but the higher level of play you go he loses pick value. mostly has a really solid ult no doubt, and a very flexible flash because of its mechanics.
dont expect pros to pick him unless they are using wingman for a specific exec AND value the molly.
his maps are icebox split and ascent. I can see icebox picks in pro for spike reasons and actually might argue hes the optimal initiator for icebox over kay0 but idk yet. split and ascent hes gonna be good for solo queue so feel free to lock him there for easy value esp if you are a low rank player just dont expect high mileage vs sum like a kay0
I just think his kit is completely new, has a Flash but no other flash in the game is similar, Wingman is a innovation of its own and is done pretty well, Molly is where I think it could be a little busted maybe 100dmg instead of a full 150 but it works in his kit. His ult is also unique and can be countered or shot so not really broken just new
Dizzy needs a nerf but other than that he is fine. He has a big skill ceiling.
