I mean they havent proved anything yet, i think 1 slot is enough and that too should be combined with vct pacific so its fair for everyone, i bet both teams are going out in ro16

12 teams in masters and there are more than 2 teams of china in champions imo
If Pacific expands, it only make sense to expand the Americas and EMEA regions no ?
-DIEM, the day kkkkkkkkkk
China is not gonna have anything to do with Pacific. Seems the most likely they will be an independent VCT league
Chinese team will grow faster than apac teams. Game isn't Even and already got teams in top 5 apac.
China has 5x population of America. 1.4 billion > 300 million population = 1 slot is too little, give em 2.
Also if China is combined with Pacific how many teams would that be 15? 20?
Its better to have East Asia and South East Asia separate then, Asia is WAYY to big for 1 league if China is added.
2 iq take now u want them to conduct LCQ in the middle of the year and just for asia ..chinese teams will be the most improved teams next masters
atleast better than 70-75% of pacific partnered teams
riot should make east asia league at some point if valorant grows a lot in korea and china.
Fair enough for a BIG country like China, let them play buddy.
If they play reaaaaal bad Riot can do some adaptations later
its not about proven or not, recently like couple months ago. there are a lot of mongolian and chinnese team flooding in scrim app (like wechat or something).
valorant in china is about getting bigger, competitive wise, player wise.
in the end of the day its just a business by riot
Unfortunately, ppl dont understand there is 1,4 BILLION people in china. Valorant in China is getting bigger and bigger and of course this attracts more investiment and we cant forget riot games belong to tencent. For me this makes sense, but people in this forum have only 2 neurons in their brain and can't think in long term.
of course they didn't. They didn't play much , the other teams were create to be superteams and Brazil had the same slots for two years. Only now with Loud Brazil is making teams to compete. The improvement comes with time, investment and opportunities.
It all makes sense from Riot's POV. Integrating China into the global scene will be huge for growing their playerbase and filling the hole Overwatch left. Massive market that they want to capitalise on as much as possible.
