worst take ever they cant kick crow he's igl sadly, and I don't think any better jp igl exists. plus he has big synergy with zeta core
tenn is just not good enough on any role other than raze, even then his raze isn't what it used to be
dep is still solid just not good enough for duelist

dep they can kick, but where they will find a better duelist? smthlikeyou? ZETA is not going to recruit foreigner since their org is kinda traditional about japan culture.
is hard to find a good flex in Japan too, and if they find, they need to "polish" this new player by playing a lot tournaments.

Drop Crow please, i don't think his calling is that great and he doesn't provide much for the team. Need more firepower and strategy depth.
unlikely, CR is on good form for ascension, and meiy did mention that he doesn't feel that he is on the level of a franchise player yet.

Its not the players its the playstyle of the japanese teams. All of their teams start off extremely slow to adapt and play reactive. They only turn it on in the very end when they start playing their own game. The best fix is to scrim a lot of hyper aggressive teams. Japanese teams play too slow and structure.
zeta scrims prx how much more hyper aggro teams can they practice? they're used to playing against hyper aggressive teams. that's literally partially why they are slow and structured, because they don't need to be proactive. you're not making sense. you don't counter aggression with aggression - look at fpx m2 Copenhagen, drx vs prx
they need to play against less aggressive teams actually, and work on their coordination and awareness not only of the map but their own utility. why is laz peeking first when he has kj ult?
