That would be POG but Sean left 100T bc he wants to pursue content/casting. Now if he joins SEN it would look really bad.
Terminating the contract won't be an issue since they have already announced his departure. Sean Gares is a respected person, they wouldn't put him in a contract jail like they could do to a player.
Syyko has said they have an assistant coach but didn't announce his name. With the assumption that this is that assistant coach, you think it's sean gares who just left 100T coaching position with the excuse that he is gonna pursue content/casting jobs?
There can be multiple assistant coaches, for example DRX, they have like 4 coaches. So I don't think it's a problem

kaplan was announced as the strategic coach but Syyko on his interview with wyatt said that there was an unannounced coach. So, I am pretty sure they got an assistant coach other than kaplan, unless DrewSpark was meant to be that assistant coach who is actually an analyst.
Yeah I ended up doing a bit of a look into it and you're right, Kaplan is the Strategic Coach. Be interesting to see who they've picked up. I'm pretty keen to see this new SEN roster play, I have alot of good feelings about it.
He didn't join SEN right after benching himself, he actually took a break and it wasn't even a comeback right away. He just filled in for them initially and then it just made sense for both parties ig to make his contract permanent.
Here is my prediction. I don’t think they would do a tease if it was some less well known analyst (no offense to analysts out there). So my guess its sliggy for content and assistant coach maybe
totally agree. They announced both syyko and kaplan with a single tweet. It has to be a heavyweight if they are hyping it up this much.

It might be something outside of Valorant, a new signing as a content creator, Sentinels getting a player or a coach to enter a new esport...
It can be a lot of things
i don’t know if having such a large coaching staff is good. it brings in too many POVs and may cause conflict in the team
