yacine isnt as bad as everyone say he is, he was the top rated player in vrl northern polaris, just didnt get to prove his worth in the lcqs, ik this may be classified as a hot take, but i believe he still has potential as he had barely any prac time w guild
bruh yacine was brought in to play trexx's role instead of russ
so instead of having 4 people used to their role in the team and one replacement (yacine was prepared to just sage/kayo for them ezpz) it was like they had 2 ppl not used to their role IN the team (trexx was moved to kayo and shit instead of his amazing entry role like why). I mean coaching staff was so disconnected they literally made him play jett when he told them he hadnt played it in a while. And his timings were off as a duelist etc because he had like 3 days of practice with them
Sure yacine isnt like some insane player rn like derke or trexx or something but what happened in lcq was just riot fucking them and coaching failure imo.
edit : i wrote way too much i'm just still salty over what happened to guild and it wasnt yacine's fault imo. sry

the only chance they have of doing well in tier 2 scene is, if by some miracle, leo sayf kolda and trexxx stay together on guild for ascension, which will never happen anyways.
