There is skill level needed. I'm saying SA is not good enough. If you can understand English, it means I'm saying their good but their not good enough for franchising. Weve seen it too many times to see blowouts or close matches happen. The stats don't lie that SA is the weakest, even weaker than Vietnam imo

How braindead are you? Franchising has nothing to do with the region, it's about the orgs. A SA org CAN get into the partnered league and get a SEA roster or chose to go for a mixed roster. And please stop lecturing me about my English while using "their" instead of "they're" twice in the same sentence
