To get off someone's dick means to stop sucking up to someone. It's used to call out disingenuous / disproportionate praise for someone.
Now, surely if you refer to yourself, people would assume a different meaning from the context. Words like 'dick' and 'fuck' nowadays have very derivative meanings. If you really spend braincells browsing 'urban dictionary', you can never spend emough.
