just try to learn tbh and its kinda hard to learn it at once especially when u get older u become reluctant to some stuff again and again, as much as its is hard to memorize some stuff needs to be memorized and for me i read in english version since childhood so my english is really good cuz ive been learning and speaking english for years
Take English classes
Watching movies and english youtubers are really helpful cause no one actually talks like the way they teach you in class
as a speaker i feel like less 'proper' english is very hard to understand without experience. but easily the best way to learn a language is surround yourself in it; tv, audiobooks, podcasts, youtube etc.
Watching english streamer helps me a lot, I also watch stuff using english subtitle not my native language.
it's much easier if you learn it when you were a child. Maybe try duolingo it helps me learning japanses and korean.
