the only thing that's inconsistent is how they enforce it
yeah, that's true tho, that's why I am still skeptical with Riot about match rules. yeah this rule was applied in another region like EMEA, but in another region like APAC, they never enforce it

I don't think Riot will do anything even though Manager of AE says Riot is investigating rn. I mean, tomorrow they have another match (Vs ONIC) but until now there is no info at all.
