Why is MENA above Thailand , OCE , VN , India ?? Actually u so dumb. Atleast these regions qualify to play in APAC challengers. Not to mention one of the best teams in APAC is from Thailand. Also my flair is for East Asia LCQ . Its not called betraying your region.

MENA destroys Xerxia . Yeah they destroy the team who beat Optic . Negative IQ . Also teams from India, OCE , VN atleast get to compete with all the other teams unlike stuck with playing VRL's . Also these countries talent pool is much higher .

Idk abt the KR one as so far in the LANs from what I remember correct me if Im wrong, but KR has won all matchups against BR or LATAM. I might be wrong tho
edit: Korea has won all matchups against Brazil and LATAM
EU has champs, 5 top4 finishes, 1 top2 finish, and FPX is half EU.
NA has 2 masters (one of which was completely nerfed with half the EMEA teams missing), one top2 finish, 2 top 4 finishes
CIS has 1 masters, one top2 finish and FPX is half CIS

CIS (1 win, 1 top 2, most top eu has almost 1 cis player/shao/leo/braveaf/KILES/ANGE1/TREXX/SUYGETSU/DERKE half cis)
EU (fnatic and liquid really consistent over most tournaments, always a strong region)
NA (1 TOP 1, 1 TOP 2, SOME 8 PLACES, SOME TOP 6, SOME TOP 4, Optic most 2022 consistent, Sentinels most 2021 consistent)
TIER 2
SEA (3 LAST PLACES/PRX/FULLSENSE XERXIA, ALL OTHER WERE GOOD REPRESENTATIONS WITH A TOP 2, 3 top 8 i think)
LAS (ALWAYS GOOD MATCHES, PERFECT RECORD VS BRAZIL ON INTERNATIONAL, TOP 4 CHAMPS, TOP 6 LEV, WON TO ALL REGIONS BUT KR AND SEA)
BR (ONLY 1 GOOD REP WITH TOP 2, ALL OTHERS WERE MEDIOCRE/CONTROVERSIAL/VK/FURIA bug/exploits)
KR (1 top 3, others were top6, or fumble)
JP (1 TOP 4, TOO MUCH LAST PLACES)

I agree with this list actually; CIS, EU, and NA are definitely the top. Tier 2 can be split into 2a and 2b. 2a having BR, KR and maybe SEA, while 2b having JP and TR (i only recall supermasive blaze and oxxygen being from there). And tier 3 is pretty correct.
If I brought up a continent that means the dominant team or majority of that region is internationally represented
