I think cNed needs to feel comfortable in his environment (team, coach, staff) to play at the maximum Level. And it seems like he found the perfect fit in acend, hes playing good and they are winning. So why would he leave for a bigger salary

Because these are the players from the early Eu Valorant days. E.g. Fish123 picked up by Team Liquid, Prodigy Agency, Team Mixwell and so on all found their teams, SUMN FC -> Fnatic, FGK -> Vitality, Inferno -> Heretics, Bonk -> Guild, PP -> FPX, FVT -> Gambit...
cNed was in BBL then .05 with Eu leftovers and none of them was doing good. Then started getting some results with RYE (org facilitated by PUB Koldamenta) and Acend picked them. None of them were as known back then so ofc he'd accept the acend offer because there wasn't anything better and now he's doing good and the org will most likely jail him. It's up to him at the end of the day
