Riot has announced the VCT EMEA Stage 2 schedule, which will culminate in three days of finals hosted inside the Olimpic Arena in Barcelona, Spain. Fans will be able to purchase tickets for Playoffs and Finals.

Group Stage (July 15 - Aug 2)

The Group Stage will run over three weeks starting July 15 and will feature two groups of six.

The top four teams – two from each group – will immediately ascend to the Playoffs Stage and bypass the Play-Ins Stage. Every other team will advance from the Group Stage to the Play-Ins Stage.

Games will run from Wednesday through Sunday and will be played from the brand-new Studio Stage introduced earlier this year.

Play-Ins (Aug 6 - 16)

The Play-Ins Stage will introduce the four EMEA Challengers teams that have qualified through Stage 3 and the EMEA LCQ.

All Challengers teams will join the fifth and sixth seeds from the Group Stage in the upper round 1, while the third and fourth seeds will receive a BYE to the upper round 2.

The first week of Play-Ins will run from Thursday to Sunday, and the second will follow the same schedule, but with an earlier start on Wednesday.

Four teams will advance from Play-Ins to join the top Group Stage teams in Playoffs.

Playoffs (Aug 20 - 23)

Finally, Playoffs will kick off towards the end of August. A double-elimination bracket awaits the remaining eight teams on their road to Champions.

Games will run from Thursday, Aug 20 to Sunday, Aug 23 and will feature a live audience in the Arena Stage.

Finals (Aug 28 - 30)

The top four teams will take to the road with EMEA Stage 2 and battle for glory inside the Olimpic Arena in Barcelona.

The first day of competition will feature two best-of-three matches. The remaining days will all be played out in a best-of-five format, with one game a day.

Tickets

Studio Stage matches will not have tickets for purchase. However, the first week of playoffs will have tickets up for sale beginning July 8 at 18:00 CEST.
