50k a year, honestly I don't think that will be the deciding factor since acend players probably make that already and the stipends that riot gives will help with that, but I imagine Riot would rather have an org with facilities, ties in the scene, prestige, etc. than such a new org like acend that nobody knows what will happen with in 5 years
