The move was first reported by VLR.gg last week.

DeadFox is a former professional Counter-Strike player who mostly notably played for HellRaisers. He was benched by the team in March 2019, and remained inactive in competitive play until he announced his move to Valorant in December.

"A lot of people have asked me after I posted my tweet on Twitter that I decided to play professional Valorant," DeadFox said in a statement. "Some of the teams that have contacted me were NiP, FPX, and Vitality, and also a lot of people to build a team together." He decided to choose need more DM, as he knows them and felt comfortable playing with a full Hungarian lineup with "proper communication and understanding in the team."

"I am really sure that I can bring some new things into the team with the experience behind my back, and I hope we can be better than any of the teams!" he said.

DeadFox will replace tigene, who was been with the team since their founding in late April of 2020. "Most of the members of the team felt like I was not trying to give my best every game and was not trying to be much better," said tigene. "I'm sad they feel like this, but I do hope they'll do good in the future with the addition of DeadFox."

The changes come ahead of the start of the Valorant Champions Tour. The team previously came close to qualifying for First Strike: Europe last month; they have also won the Magyar Esport Kupa and finished second in the LVP Genesis Cup Radiants. They are also reportedly in talks with an organization.
