It was a 3-2 win in the final and Acend got kind of lucky in the tournament with that win against Vivo Keyd because the last map had to be replayed after VK won.

they just had LAN nerves and choked against 100T then people forgot about them.

People tend to forget they won Masters 1 EU as well. Also I think it's disrespectful to call the win a fluke when they destroyed teams like liquid that went into the final stage as favorites. Acend had already beaten Gambit twice at that point, it's not like they were playing each other for the first time. Optic lost against Xerxia the first time too, and still won Masters, so I dont get the people who say VK > Acend.

Acend was in good form they also had the best split and bind in the world and their breeze was top level so they def deserved their win. They lost their map pool too since people learned how to play bind and their split got worse.
