Some of Europe's brightest talents are set to battle it out in TakeTV's Rise of Titans tournament. 16 teams from the qualifier held earlier this month will join 16 invited teams to contend for their share of the $2000 USD prize pool and numerous sponsor prizes up for grabs. The event, featuring big names such as Prodigy Prodigy Inactive Happy Vincent Schopenhauer pipsoN Daniil Mesheryakov Boo Ričardas Lukaševičius hoody Aaro Peltokangas delezyh Niki Sutinen and rising stars such as PartyParrots PartyParrots Inactive ANGE1 Kyrylo Karasov dinkzj Denis Tkachev Art1st Vyacheslav Lyadnov 7ssk7 Artur Kurshin Shao Andrey Kiprsky , is a breath of fresh air for those that were left unsatisfied with the lighthearted format of the recent G2 Esports Invitational.

Format

The tournament will be played out in a single-elimination bracket. Matches from the round of 32 and round of 16 will be best-of-ones while all other matches will be a best-of-three maps. The round of 32, round of 16 and the quarter finals will be played on the 29th of June, the semi finals on the 30th and the grand final on the 1st of July.

The $2,000 USD prize pool and sponsor prizes will be allocated as detailed below:

  • 1st: $1,000 USD + x5 Maxnomic Pro-Chief BWE Gaming Chairs + x5 Logitech Pro X mice, x5 Logitech G440 mouse pads, x5 Logitech Pro X keyboards, x5 Logitech Pro X headsets and x5 Logitech streamcams
