Neon changes leaks

[Update 13.07]

Very anticipated changes to Neon have been confirmed for patch 13.07⚡️

• C: Now instead of 2 walls, it only has one.
• E: It will no longer be allowed to use the weapon while sliding.
• Q: The number of stun bounces has been changed from 2 → to 1.
• X: The movement speed bonus during the ultimate ability has been completely removed.
