Case for each:
Korea: i mean they are the best region in pacific. They hard carry in the trophy department and have an absurd amount of tier 1 talent. If there isnt enough slots korean players who dont make will import to sea and youll just have 5 other GE’s except with 2 koreans instead of 1.
Japan: as much as i love japan valorant its been nothing but disappointment. At this point japan can only really make 1 “superteam” so its fair to give them 1 slot imo.
Thailand: similar case to japan although they are on an upward trajectory. A thailand superteam is definitely possible but only 1 can really be made
Vietnam: lowkey not as much proven but they have some decent talent and definitely could make a vietnam superteam
Indonesia: i mean same argument as the others just sign a superteam
Wildcard: the prx slot
I know people will complain about “vct korea no parity blah blah” but you do realize those sea teams wont be full sea if korea doesnt have enough spots right? The parity still wont exist regardless and i think this slot allocation is fair enough to the upcoming regions
