Why is their triple sentinel composition so famous on Lotus? They have an abysmal win% internationally (which is the only time it matters)

Its cause its unqiue, but they stopped using it when they found out noman, and wsleo are perma bot frags with the comp
because that comp is famously better on attack, but by picking it, the opponents are just obviously going to pick attack so xlg always start on defense, so they are almost always at least 3-9 down by half time
