there is a reason why they are tier2 teams, they are bad compared to t1 teams
they're tier 2 teams because riot closed the league to partners, not because they have to be weaker teams
tier two teams should naturally be worse because theres less funding/organisation behind the scene and its a lot more volatile. while i dont really agree with franchising the goal of it is still for those teams within franchising to be the best 10 teams in the region alongside ensuring proper representation
they should be worse in theory, but that's never going to happen to the letter in reality
a healthy org in t2 can absolutely build a strong team so long as they're in tune with upcoming talent and pay well, it's just the financials don't really make sense unless you have a fanbase behind you
vlr being reactive 24/7 and not being able to zoom out at all is really funny
maybe emea is really the region that is riddled with cronyism and nepotism not like other regions those frauds love to say does...
PAC has 1-2 good teams (PRX and 1 Korean team) and everyone else is garbage. Tier 2 PAC is just iron (PAC Tier 1 is not good gng).

I mean most teams from ascension who reaches vct Pacific do struggle a lot especially in the beginning.
Drx are improving now. They are gonna beat even mid table apac teams like zeta or rrq now.
