Probably NAF from Team Liquid, and this is why:
NAF is the ultimate anchor for his team, familiar for his perfect positioning, massive clutch factor, and clean rifling (well not always) without needing to take reckless space and is very smart in my opinion. Ethan is very similar smart and adaptable in both CS and Valorant.

I mean playstyle wise not trophy wise, I will keep the trophies in mind though, but it will mainly be playstyles.

No but on a pure individual level, his peak individual form is much higher than anything Ethan ever showed

I was going to say tabseN first because of his rise to t2 but I realized he's similar to Xyp9x. Like his legacy is similar to tabsen and shi but then again his odin spamming skills remind me of Xyp9x because represents the spatial awareness side, like he gets the timing well and kills people thru smoke pinpoint perfect, similar to how I feel when Brawk odin spams without util sometimes.

I would say he’s similar to late 2018/early 2019 Magisk. He mastered an unorthodox weapon (Odin vs Aug), and became a major mvp off that mastery on a team he maybe wasn’t expected to be the best on

Boostio is very easy, without a doubt Apex, like their trashtalks sides are a bit similar, both got carried by their players in the prime (Demon 1 for Boostio, Zywoo for Apex). They are very similar, loves to top frag sometimes if he can, similar to boostio.

Timotino is an interesting one, for Timotino, this is a tough one, but I'll pick malbsMd, this is because he grinded through the Americas regional scene for sometime dominating the tier-2 landscape with teams like M80, before going to G2. Like one thing I want to say is that his signature move during those matches was taking hyper-aggressive, high-risk W-key duels to completely blow open a site. (Yup yup, Timotino and his fearless entry style), so I'll say malbs for him

Asuna hmm I pick Kjaerbye because he has the exact same weird aiming style as Asuna. Most pros try to be perfectly smooth, but these two are weird like they track someone or swap between targets, their crosshair shakes so fast. It looks messy on screen and goes against what aim is coaches teach, but their reaction speed is so fast that it just works. If you watch their point-of-view footage side by side, they look identical.

Derke once shared a tip that an AWPer should never hold the exact same angle two rounds in a row because the enemy will adapt.

Aka Prime GuardiaN, was a master of the "fluid turret" playstyle. He didn't rely on chaotic movement, but he would constantly shift his position by just a few meters every single round. He would hold a tight angle on a choke point, get one definitive kill, and instantly fall back to a brand-new passive crosshair line, forcing the executing team to guess where the sniper was hiding.

I just think they are similar for sure. This one didn't take much time to think.

HM: Dev1ce (he's too goated, Derke isn't on that level yet of his game's perfection, I think Skadoodle would have been a good shot.)

I pick electroNic
Before either of them ever touched the In-Game Leader (IGL) role, they both played the exact same functional position: the high-fragging support player. MaKo was universally considered a top-3 Controller/Smoker in the world for years, consistently dropping 25+ kills from just playing smokes. Similarly, electroNic spent years as NAVI's legendary secondary star behind s1mple, consistently putting up superstar numbers while doing the support and even entry. They proved you can play for the team and still completely be one of the best.

The biggest turning point in both of their careers happened when their respective teams hit a leadership crisis. Instead of bringing in an outside caller, both players sacrificed their comfortable, roles to step up and lead, where if you ask me, I think Mako did better here but, when Boombl4 left NAVI, electroNic took the heavy burden of becoming the main IGL. Similarly, during DRX's roster transitions, MaKo transitioned into the definitive IGL and captain role. Both players willingly compromised their own individual stats and safety on the map because their organizations desperately needed a steady, respected veteran voice.

That's why I think they are similar.

Edit: If you watch their careers side-by-side, both players have had games where the stress of calling makes their individual play dip slightly. However, because their foundational game-sense is so incredibly high, their baseline is still miles ahead of standard players. They might not drop 30 kills every single map anymore, but their high-IQ positioning ensures they are almost always making the clutch play when the round is on the line.

HM: current Twistzz, IGL Twistzz in general

Vo0kashu

blameF
Built his career as a passive, late-round lurker. Despite playing from the back line, he put up top-5 global mechanics and statistical ratings. and can play an anchor role like vo0kashu. Has crazy aim.

Both players carry the exact same exhausting community narrative: being a world-class talent locked inside a struggling team system. blameF: During his time with Complexity, Astralis, and Fnatic, the running community joke was that blameF had to literally "1v9" every single map. If he didn't drop a massive, high-impact performance, his team simply did not have the firepower to win. Vo0kashu imo is the mechanical raid boss of VCT China. People literally often joke that DRG is a "one-man team." He routinely has to drop 25–30 kills from a site-anchor position just to drag DRG across the finish line in tight regional matches. I think even demon1 went to china and had a shit time playing v0okashu's role lol.

They use deep positioning to isolate their kills, and have the raw aim to.

bro like c1nder keeps getting dropped mid series for Klaus that ion even know who to say but let me think..
probably interz bro, He was never an IGL. He was purely a passive, low-resource support player for Cloud9. He matches C1ndeR's exact position as a non-IGL support player who gets consistently benched or rotated out because of a firepower crisis. Neither player is responsible for calling the strategies, but because they play passive, low-reward roles like support, their individual fragging numbers completely tank against elite competition. This forces their organizations to run desperate roster adjustments or actively play a 6-man lineup just to cover up their weak links. If you watch their point-of-view footage side by side, their struggle to maintain a flat scoreline while their teams openly look to replace them with a heavy-hitting mechanical upgrade that looks identical. So I guess it's interz.

I thought first maybe s1mple because of very good awping skills + insane clutch factor, or like aim placement like ropz but I picked a middle ground which is dev1ce because yay is one of the rare perfect player's in his prime, similar to what prime dev1ce is, he worked really well with OPTIC like dev1ce was in Astralis, and if you combine the hard carry and how dev1ce does his thought process, probably dev1ce is similar to yay for sure.

I think Ropz is similar to Cryo. When you look at the fact that Cryo used to primarily be a sniper but now uses a rifle mostly and ropz is primarily a rifler, the physical way they move their crosshairs is completely identical. They both play with perfect angle peeking. Now that I mention it, Ropz and Cryo are the same thing without a doubt. Ropz plays a lot of lurking and holding positions just like what Cryo does on senti. There is no debate about this one, they are fully identical, plus Cryo can secondary awp, and guess what Ropz can secondary awp as well.

Bang eh well, probably Early nafany, like nafany when he was in Gambit Youngsters. Before settling into more structured roles, both players had a incredibly fast mechanical flair. They played with high sensitivity, quick flicks and pure instinct. As they matured into tier-1 competition, they learned how to channel that insane raw aim into supportive, high-IQ utility positioning (like what Bang does with Omen, nafany just does that without) and playing support.

smooya because he matches Eggsterr's exact story as a viral community icon who forced his way into the tier-1 pro scene using a highly specific, unorthodox and weird playstyle. Neither player followed the standard, boring meta handbook; instead, they built their names on high-risk, big-brain individual plays that left opponents completely confused. However, both of their careers faced massive stability issues the second the team system required them to step out of their comfort zones and play a more traditional, disciplined style.

Flor hmm, probably Boombl4, he was the star IGL of NAVI when his ex-wife launched massive public abuse allegations against him. NAVI dropped him due to corporate "reputational risk". Like flor, he later proved his innocence, but the massive outside public drama turned him into a corporate brand risk, forcing him to spend months grinding the lower tiers before a major tier-1 organization (Cloud9) took the gamble to sign him again.

I pick m0NESY because he matches sayonara's storyline as an absolute tier-2 academy prodigy who was so generationally hyped that top-tier teams fought over him before he even turned 18. Long before sayonara made his full international debut, he was tearing up regional leagues and filling in for teams like Fnatic as a teenager. This is identical to how m0NESY dominated the NAVI Junior academy circuit, forcing G2 Esports to drop a massive buyout to secure him the second he was eligible for the main league. I picked m0NESY because the profiling seems very familiar

If you want mechanics prob watch these teams like PRX who has Jingg Forsaken d4vai, Nongshim in general looks very good. LEV is looking like they want to become the new Astralis of this game. Watch Primmie from Full sense, he's the donk imo. Watching Marteen in Gentle Mates is like watching donk play too. Prime TenZ was similar to donk, crouch spraying donk slide, but as a donk/kyousuke fan, I'll say primmie is better than donk in some aspects like his spray transfer in this game is crazy, but carrywise donk is donk, currently carry wise marteen comes close but not near prime donk/s1mple's lvl

edit: aspas isn't bad but he's like an awp merchant, he's the zywoo of this game for sure

https://ibb.co/JRfgRBCN
prob dupreeh/forest
In his youth, dupreeh was a hyper-fast entry fragger who blew open sites. As he matured, he suppressed his natural ego to become a multi-role flex player who did the dirty work, threw perfect flashbangs, anchored sites, and could even secondary AWP at a world-class level to unlock younger superstars. This is exactly like f0rsakeN's career trajectory, giving up the main Duelist spotlight to Jinggg and something so he can comfortably play whatever role Paper Rex needs to win an international trophy.

Aside dupreeh, f0rest is the greatest natural talent in Counter-Strike history. He never had a fixed style because he was simply a master of all of them. He could main-AWP, entry-rifle, lurk, or solo-anchor a site, and his crosshair placement always remained incredibly smooth and crisp. Both f0rsakeN and f0rest possess that rare, fluid mechanical genius where switching roles doesn't hurt their performance at all, it just gives them a new way to dominate the server.

If I had to pick one though...probably dupreeh because forsaken needed a bit of time to be a very good flex, like he wasn't immediately the best until, probably a bit more later.
