I've come to a realization, technically naruto/Boruto spoilers? So be warned.

Since sarada is the last Uchiha, that means the sharingan is effectively extinct in a few generations, no? Sure you can make/transmit synthetic Sharingan with the help of Medical Ninjutsu and orochimaru bullshit. But eventually, If sarada has a kid it means she's marrying outside of the uchiha clan and having a child with someone who lacks the sharingan (most likely), which means the specific genetics required for the sharingan will be even more diluted as time goes on. Similar to why the Fuma can't awaken their sharingan despire their Uchiha heritage. They kept marrying away from Indra/Uchiha relatives and slowly lost their ability to awaken sharingan. The sharingan is gonna die-

Generations? Kinda ass

But they realized that the "era of peace" thing wasn't gonna last long and stopped dragging it out. It's decently interesting but the powerlevels have been brought down a lot.

Stuff like Sasuke Rinnegan(He lost it in the funniest way, but I digress) and naruto just spamming Kurama shit all the time is no more, But they made up for it by having Naruto rely on sage mode more and Sasuke can't just spam rinnegan jutsu.

The focus is on Boruto and his teammates Mitsuki and Sarada.

I'd give it a solid 7/10 when it used to be like a 3. Watching the beginning is hard but it does get interesting.

They got Madara doing eye transplants on the go without sterile technique or immunosuppressants or surgical staff. I’m sure they can come up with plot reasons for sharingans to spontaneously awaken if they want

Yes, but it's just food for thought.

The whole reason the Fuma lost the ability to awaken it was because they kept marrying away from uchiha, Sarada has no choice but to marry away from Uchiha. The sharingan Could go extinct in the future.

Yeah, but then again she does try to be more careful with her eyes than most...blindness kinda sucks. She's only ever used Ohirume twice, I'm sure that with prolonged use the strain will be far less Obvious.

How would she get it?

you need two MS from a sharingan user... She could take shin's but they were locked away with all of danzo's, So obtaining them would be a crime. Maybe she can take it from an otsutsuki with MS but most of them are beyond that.

The leaf most likely destroyed the lab, that and Sasuke also messed it up once he got itachi's eyes. I doubt they're still in there.

That was legit what killed the show tbh. It was all about Uchiha then metallic blasts from onion ring eyes. This was not the Naruto I watched back in Toonami.

U need to remember sarada being a descendant of the uchiha and boruto being an uzumaki/Ottsutsuki means that there's a world where the sharingan doesn't get wiped out at all
