Singularity? Lmao that skin is a scam

Oni Phantom. Prime Phantom will take some time to get used to IMO. Same thing with other "slim" Phantoms like Protocol, Singularity etc. Just tip, because I had trouble with Protocol Phantom after using basic and minima. Its just placebo, but real thing.

the Oni is easily one of the top 3 in the game for me

I have both the prime and oni. Oni was the first skin, i picked the prime up from the recent night market. I would suggest getting the prime for sure.

I like the prime because it has a different reload animation than any other phantom skin. You could say singularity has a different reload animation but if you are ready to spend on the singularity then you might as well buy ruination or any other skin.
