I only really see this not happening because of two reasons.
This team has so much nuance in the way they play that even if you try to anti them, they'll do something similar but different enough to catch you off guard. They also have the best shooters in the game imo, making this team even harder to beat if they keep trying to win trophies.
LEV dynasty won’t happen because the game is too volatile for a dynasty to happen
they’re good but eventually another team with good shooters will figure out the meta and dominate a tournament, though that doesn’t mean LEV won’t continue to be good
I doubt the nerf to neon will affect them too badly.
If neon get's nerfed they can just put Spike on Smokes/Senti and have neon transfer to the duelist role. (Since his jett is better)
Or have Sato return to Primary duelist with Neon playing phoenix/secondary
The only thing we have to worry about is the first part and Valorant's volatility. This game changes every time you blink, one day neon's shit, the next she's amazing, the next day she's mid again and suddenly phoenix is the meta.

I do agree, that's why I said that Lev may not have a dynasty due to huge meta shifts. However, if the meta remains similar for the next year or a year and a half (Neon remains strong, Cypher is still buns, random agent doesn't become busted) (VERY UNLIKELY) then Leviatan will genuinely win everything.
The difference between lev and other teams is they have Sato. So at the end of the day YES lev will be a dynasty
