2 years to get mid body? bruh if you arent fat like caseoh you can get a pretty decent body within 7-8 months if you put in the work even if you start from ground zero

its just not worth the investment imo

i just thought if i can get jacked in 3 months and be jacked for rest of my life with minimum maintenance then its worth the time investment

What was i expecting from you. You were once asking for a 30 minute video that would magically cover your entire semester's syllabus for ur exam

even if you take roids, 3 months is crazy for this. Even with roids, maybe 4-5 months ATLEAST.

98% sure he did not do it naturally or even within a 3 month span. Gains take a lot of time, and take longer if you do not train hard everyday.

The other potential option in that picture is that he just lost BF%. The first picture is in super bad lighting, but you can make particularly from the chest that he has some depth noted. So it could have just been a very successful cut.

makes sense, hes possibly just a guy who had muscle in the first place and then he gained fat and lost weight

My second option is most likely the reality. There is a super small chance he hopped on a cycle before the cut, but that makes no sense at all.

So quick to make a conclusion without deducing anything. Doesn’t seem so when you look at all the factors involved even including something as small as lighting.

You shouldnt go to the gym to look “good” at least in my opinion you should go cuz it makes you feels happy

No, that's not feasible for the majority of people naturally. That looks more like 12 to 18 months with an extremely dedicated program

Working out isn't purely an aesthetic endeavor - mind and body are one, and they should be treated as a system that builds off of each other. Pursuing a healthy physique, which often looks like an aesthetic physique, goes hand in hand with spiritual growth. The difficulty and time you spend in the gym completely changes how you view yourself and the world around you.

Watch some videos about Mike Mentzer for a very low volume high intensity approach- he was one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time and worked out on average an hour per week.

For philosophy around mind and body, I highly recommend reading Sun and Steel by Yukio Mishima. It seems like you care much more about the mental side of your life currently, so reading that would give you some insight into why the gym matters more than just aesthetics

Mike mentzer mentioned, goat. I will say this also, it could be natural and 3 months. Just eyeballing the pictures, first was in awful lighting with purposeful “poor posing”. That could have been a very aggressive cut and then in super good lighting afterwards. Just a thought.
