It is cope if you say EWC does matter. I wouldn't argue that it’s on par with a masters event. The production is shit and the actual format this year will be terrible as well.

Idk if I'd go so far as preposterous. Sure the format in 2025 was shit and the format in 2026 is only a little better but any team that wins is going to see that as a huge victory. Money isn't "everything" but it is the most important thing to any org.

Idk in what scenario winning this tournament is unethical and I have a job so I dont care to find one. If somehow a poorly orchestrated tournament increases your opinion about a host then you're an idiot anyways.
