the highest amount of rr i've gained for a win in this entire act is +18, averaging +14 and i just got +13 for a 2.5 kd win. im genuinely at my wits end, i do not understand how i am supposed to get out of immortal 1 when i need to win 3 games for every 1 loss to be up rr

You got this bro once you find the winning streak it goes by fast. I was also getting +13/15 last act for a win and -25 for L. But I found a winning streak and in no time I was immo 2, two games off immo3.
This act so far I haven’t played much and the games I played were bad as I am trying different mice because my endgame mouse decide to die on me. It served well!
