presumably there are exceptions for arguably the best duelist player of all time
he got his chance before that and he was good enough to stay
but my post is more about «if 2 candidates are exactly the same skill level and are equally as valuable, wouldnt you rather hire the guy who looks younger/better?»
i don't think they would hire based on physical appearance, results in-game should speak for themself
not talking about physical appearance, it's literally just cause he's old that's why he doesn't get offers which is understandable because young talent normally have more potential but nismo is still a very solid player that should've been picked up by now
less "looks younger" and more "is actually younger". It's less black pill and more ageism, and I dont think blackpill really has a major effect on weird ass careers like esports

his stats aren't crazy, he doesn't igl or mid round, and the meta is not good for him
not sure why teams would pick him up when there's a lot more talent that's better mechanically and more flexible
