These guys can't accept that first seed get so many advantages like they get to choose their opponents save strat and relax while Group stage teams had to crawl up their, And the only disadvantage I have is that top team don't put much effort for upper bracket on their regional for winning while new teams do their best and Group stage just remove weaker teams so playoffs is harder and you lose 2 on groups is same as 2 lose in playoffs.
