it all comes down to proof, with Riots new system and the pact thing, they have been locking down all toxicity and the ban duration gets higher and higher the more you commit verbal offenses in game so they obviously have proof of canezerra saying stuff
even if flor did it, there is no way to prove this while apparently they can prove canezerras case
I mean people do report him right in comms text for saying stuff and also they might have transcript for voice comms as well which creates sufficient evidence but hardware ban ain’t it you could simply punish for competing in vct/vcl which would be fair enough

It's infinitely easier to punish for comm abuse over he said, she said and twitter evidence . But also ion has aluded to the fact on stream that his ban wasnt due to slurs so it might not be slurs that caused the ban.

Exactly. SA is serious and I wonder why people want to go to social media with allegations instead of it being privately investigated first with the police. Yes, there is a heavy belief that law enforcement is bad, but you will have more odds seeing someone get locked up for the crime going to the professionals who can investigate the crime as opposed to Riot who struggle to get people compliant with investigations.
It may be controversial to say, but going to social media as opposed to privately investigating it feels a bit more like clout-chasing, witch-hunting and demonising an individual rather than actually trying to resolve SA crimes and take steps further for survivors of such abuse.
