he was basically saying from next year we will try announcing int'l events venue to be announced 12-18 months earlier and as a valorant pro player its their reponsibility to ensure passports and visas.
orgs should always do that as long as they can handle it financially. There's no reason not to
the DOS is not going to accept a visa application that says "i might play video games in your country in a couple months"
because we're talking about how announcing venues earlier won't speed up the visa applications
you suggested the orgs should apply earlier right? before they know they've qualified through playoffs? then in the applications, they'd have to lie and say they WILL compete at the masters
they don't have to lie they can just say that they are expected to come for X tournament etc... so they have to get a visa early to make sure they will not miss out on the event
Because LATAM and Brazil are separate regions. But colloquially, South America is SA.
south asia might not be relevant but SA is used by riot for south asia not south america, hence VCSA
to be honest theres not much they can do outside of just announce things as early as they can
