NA would place the best overall currently, APAC has weakened since last year, and EMEA only have 1-3 teams that can actually do anything.
NA have the best mid tier teams
IF you make a list of teams you will see that A and B tier will have 8 out of 12 EMEA teams...while you can say none is S for now...BBL maybe can get there...depends if they make top 4 for me.
We saw how close the games in EMEA were this year .....It was point where none predicted who would win...Thats why you get so many teams in EMEA making runs in their region and placing enough for internationals
ALL partner teams 10/10 in EMEA now have made internationals in VCT franchise
While C9 is still not 9/10 NA.......
It would go something like
PACIDIC,ULF,EG,LOUD......some NA teams while top 10 will have like most EU teams and NRG,g2 being top 2, followed by BBL,FNC,M8,VIT,100t,MIBR
EMEA I THINK OVERALL ARE MORE BALANCED....while probably they wont win an event maybe, but head to head I think
NAVI, M8, BBL, VIT, TL, GX, TH and FNC ARE DEF BETTER THAN 50% of the teams in each each region...KC can do some damage here and there
Same happened at lock IN....Top 4 had 1 AME, 1 PAC and 2 EU teams
while Engh is still employed at KC, they will continue to shit the bed no matter what. He is just way too talented at wasting talent
I think its most likely Americas, theres NRG obv choice previous Champs G2 looks mostly consistent for contenders. Then a lot of teams like 100T MiBr Furia would probably be sleeper team. For EU they kinda look bad rn aside from BBL and maybe M8 just meta doesn't suit them. APAC is also strong but they are international chokers ngl. They have insane potential but always fumbling in international.
I think EMEA is more balanced as region ...you never know what teams go to international...I think it is the most competitive region within themselves.....Just not have enough to make it far in finish line....
I still think 6 EMEA teams being in final in 2024-2025 is good
(yes EWC is as good as MASTER 8 team if not better....I said it)
Past is irrelevant cuz all the teams have had too many roster changes plus new players
the point is EMEA has proven they have the most balance within its region ....in a 12v12 head to head I think EMEA can win ...but the top 3 NA>top 3 EU as for now
NA 100%. mid tier teams like c9 100t and sen are still strong compared to mid tier emea teams like gx

Average placement wouldn't really mean much
- EMEA (FNC, BBL, TL, M8, VIT, NAVI)
- Americas (G2, NRG, FUR, MIBR, 100T)
- APAC (PRX, T1, NS Maybe RRQ?)
- Apac lite (Probably all filling the dead last spots except for AG and maybe XLG or EDG?)
