I personally think a champs win is more impressive because each team that goes there had an entire year to prep (sometimes 2, depending on how long the roster stayed the same if it did). So everyone who made it there is typically in their prime for that year. (emphasis on typically) So it really feels like the team that wins won over the best of the best. Making that trophy most impressive in my eyes.
(Except champs 21, I will never count acend as a world champ roster.)

I think it's worth a bit more because you have 16 teams and it's the end of the year but at best it's like 1.25x, there hasn't been a single instance of the 4th seed winning anyway
Currently Masters and Champions don't really have a major difference in worth, even FNS agrees with this
Master winner earns $350k and champs winner earns $1 million along with bundle money. Champs for sure is worth lot more. Pretty big difference I would say.
More money, more teams, end of the year tournament. Like the champs winner gets 3.5x the prize money of masters along with money that comes from champs bundle. And whole format throughout the year is designed to give points for champs too. Ngl champs just clears at least since franchising started.
Also even mini who has won 2 masters said it that champs is more prestigious.
