we gotta talk about loud

pancada was benched because of romanilly apparently due to attitude and igl skills

virtyy was benched because the community was calling for his head (loud does it again how many duelists have they done this with now 😭)

romanilly started up trials immediately but they didn't find a single player better then virtyy so he steps in and brings him back.

they always planned to bring erde in for split 1.

i can only imagine how horrible it must be internally after this ordeal.

Sen management isn't even bad

sen's history with management has been absolutely awful

It really hasn't though, the only terrible management move Sen ever made was the shroud signing, apart from that there hasn't really been anything besides that except maybe giving Kaplan too much control.

dephh, shroud, kanpeki, marved just to name a few

marved IGLd FaZe to good finishes two seasons prior and FNS said he was his heir in calling

just being realistic, even FNS had faith in him

either way most of their moves like shroud were good brand wise

dephh and kanpeki are the only shit ones

The marved and dephh moves weren’t bad moves from a management perspective, Sen really needed an actual igl and players who would bring stability and while it didn't work out, they looked lile good roster moves at the time. And then kanpeki wasn't even that bad.

Also are we really gonna sit here and pretend Shroud was that much worse than Shazam? Shit vs a Poopy butt. At least Shroud sold jerseys and got viewers

they were never going to be good with shroud its a pure content decision if that is your definition of a good roster move than i cant argue but i wouldnt agree

That whole roster was gonna get nuked no matter what I think a few hype videos and some jersey cash is worth tbh

bro 😭 the only good roster decision they have ever made was in 2023 bringing in johnqt and zellsis literally every other roster was dysfunctional. and that on its own is one thing but the public bashing and lack of accountability from rob towards kaplan is so unprofessional and bad faith.

i see what youre saying but wasnt really a lack of accountability. rob said it was in kaplans contract that he gets the final say. you cant just not abide by the contract lol. rob went against the team and trusted kaplan and it didnt work. although i guess hes trying to save face now, he really is just telling the truth about what happened as unprofessional as it is

i totally understand the position he was in and choosing to trust kaplan. obviously it didn't work out and it was always meant to be a long term project. still they underperformed expectations and rob felt he needed to make changes but instead of being like "kaplan sold me on the roster and i trusted in the process" hes acting like kaplan just nuked their team and he had to put a stop to it when he was obviously involved in the process and did sign off on these changes. and why he felt the need to say this publicly is beyond me its just unprofessional to diss a former employee right after firing them. even envy has said nothing but good things publicly about inspire and they got a ton of criticism for that change but they arent bending to the fans for engagement purposes.

zellsis in 2022 was a good roster decision
tenz for sinatraa in 2021 was a good roster decision
keeping sacy through the 2023 shitshow was a good roster decision
throwing the bag at zekken after 2022 was a good roster decision
getting n4rrate was a pretty good roster decision

What do you mean lack of accountability? Rob literally said he would never give a coach that much control again. Also for a team that apparently has such bad management they certainly have more trophies than all the other teams in their region now don't they.

blaming your coach isnt accountability or professional its just blaming your coach. the complete opposite of taking accountability.
the correct statement in this scenario would have been to say the original changes missed the mark and they are making changes to hopefully shift the team in the right direction. none of this blame game contractual claus bs needed to be public.

While I agree that this could have been more professionally handled, at the end of the day Kaplan is the one who needs to take accountability. He is the one who made all the final decisions that fans are angry about. When Sentinels management kicked Kaplan, it was natural that there would have to be some explicit reason for that, and that reason happened to be the bad roster moves he made. I’m hoping Kaplan can bounce back and become an AC for a different team.

I agree it wasn’t as professional as it could be, but regardless I appreciate the transparency.

romanilly + pancada + cauanzin
