Also crazyguy wrote on his group chat that NS didn't get any penalty although they checked in late 18 minutes, and PRX made them remake lobby twice just because PRX forgot to choose the agents AND PRX still did not get any penalties

PRX shit was believable as a honest mistake, same with NS.
but the double standard they got from the staff is kinda disgusting.

it doesn't matter for all teams except KR teams since the only audible casters in the stage are the korean casters.
so if you don't understand korean, it's not gonna matter much.

ohhh, yeah in that case, if they have not loaded in then it shouldn't be a problem. I was imagining them picking the wrong agents and having loaded in.
coach does not see opposing team's picks. we don't know how the lobby was remade - either prx could have just not picked any agents and went back to the lobby screen or they accidentally picked an agent they didnt mean to and remade the lobby
i personally don't think prx did anything shady and it really was just a mistake that happened twice somehow though
they surely need to step up the rig game tho.
playing competitively with only 200fps is fucked, even my 9 yrso rig could do that.

smoking is VERY common in Asia, especially East Asia.

yes there are public health awareness efforts but people who turn to the cig would never have listened to them anyway. public sentiment regarding smoking is not the best either, but people do it still.

In our country, cigarette packs come with cancer photos covering 80% of the pack, and they are expensive because of high taxes. But still, a high percentage of people smoke.

Both NS and prx should've been penalized (showing up late and not locking agents) esp coz the admins made sure to let players know they won't tolerate that stuff
Also if the being able to listen kr casters is true its concerning for pcf as a region
