Matchups like G2 vs T1, MIBR vs Heretics, NRG vs Fnatic, EDG vs Heretics, would be insane and would go down in history.
But if we’re talking about FIRE storylines, teams like AG, BBL, and FURIA would become huge narratives in Santiago.

i’ve got a feeling this masters is gonna be way more insane than the ones in 2025. Can’t wait.

nrg: it’d be interesting to see if they’d keep their champions form and stay dominant or if they’d get outclassed internationally, great entertainment either way.

t1: because of the org name, past history, and the previous matchup with g2, it’d be interesting to see them at masters for several reasons (meteor).

but it’d also be interesting to see dfm.

we need BBL, furia, DFM, and nongshim. maybe even GE too if asia goes crazy with the fun teams winning. we need the rising underdogs of this season to actually make it, it would be so exciting to see. some of these teams haven't done anything like this before and are big fan favourites who have in many cases been so far outperforming the established orgs. would really be disappointing if we didn't get at least 2-3 of those, just to see them compete on the global stage and hopefully make their names.
