What is even the point of this format bruh this is confusing as fuck just make it a normal double elim bracket... also another EMEA tournament with 2 winners LOL
plus the "alpha and omega" and "worlds collide" schtick is so overdone

dont get me wrong though this tournament is an amazing idea for the teams who cant make internationals + T2 teams, i hope it can be done somehow in all regions (but we're getting a new vct system next year anyway so..)

what the hell is this format and why ? People want to watch good valorant and you want to remove this tier division just let all 15-16 teams play in double elimination.
How will you choose which 6/9 VCT EMEA teams will qualify for this and which 3 will miss out and why ? Why do we need 2 winners ? Why will you send lowers from here to there confusing casuals ? and why would you schedule it in such a way that some matches wont even be on main broadcast what's the hurry ?

i think the format will be decent if the losers dont swap sides and if there will be a final. what is even the point of not having a final? teams want trophies bruhhh

i understood the announcement as having 6 invited teams (meaning 3 might've dropped out, not necessarily the bottom 3 kickoff teams), but SoulChains pointed out that on the graphic that it does say the top 6 non-Santiago teams will be invited

Yess someone should win and why not let bottom 3 play ? Is there a motivation that they don't want people to see 'VCT' teams losing at all ? I can't think of any other reason why you will remove bottom 3 teams they have lot of time before santiago so format wouldnt be an issue . Also as you pointed out losers swapping sides will just confuse viewers and we need a proper final between alpha and omega winners just add it man one bo5 won't change anything.

They are so many things that I don't understand :

What are doing the 3 VCT teams that are not qualified ? So If I've understood correctly the 3 bet team dont play ??
Why a fucking 12 TEAM BRACKET AGAIN even if it's one of the worst number to make a tournament because this format gives a round of bye to a team that LOOSES ROUND 1 !!! Why not 10 team ? 1or 16 teams ? (So you include the fucking remaining 3 VCT EMEA)

they clarified if more than 6 teams are willing to play then top 6 who don't qualify to masters will be invited but no. of teams have already said no that's why they have settled for 6 this situation mostly wont arise
