If they dont make santiago, bring back JonahP or Demon1. I like babybay, but.... there are obvious glaring issues at the moment.

The double duelist comp on Abyss just looked lost. Like yea, they got some interesting fakes with the Yoru and the Breach Tejo executes were quite nice, but I would much rather they run the Veto/Chamber instead of Jett or smth instead and put Jawg back on Yoru. Jawg's performance was terrible on Abyss, and I am curious why. Part of it definitely was just a purely individual thing, there were many instances where he had questionable micro, but yea. If they do play again, I would rather see the Veto or Chamber be used on Abyss tbh.
Honestly, I see what they were going for. They were using babybay primarily as a duelist lurk whilst maintaining back site of B to see if they would do late rotates. The only problem with it was jaw was playing bad, and they were not using yoru in a smart way. The Yoru is a great pick especially when you do not have a scan initiator, but they pidgeon holed themselves into a bad attack half because of it. I went to bed after map 1, so I do not know about Bind or Split.
Jaw is playing terribly so far this kickoff, and we just screwed ourselves losing to Furia in all honesty. Have to go through 100T or NRG again.
playing jett over waylay when she combos much better with tejo was certainly one of the choices of all time
this roster just has massive role issues outside of double controller maps out of Babybay, Jawg, and Leaf one has to go
Leaf on Breach is just pure terrorism imo
I'm guessing Jawg doesn't wanna play perma Yoru anymore and leaf doesn't wanna play duelist which hurts them massively because babybay has to flex yoru at 40 years old if they wanna play meta
Kick jawgemo if he doesn't want to play Yoru. We can get demon1, he is free in the market and ready to play Yoru
the roster we have doesnt suit this meta and we are forcing weak comps. demon1 would not solve this issue. i think we need 2 changes tbh if we want to actually achieve anything in this meta.
Most realistic option is minus Jaw and Baby bay. Especially bc of the jaw yoru issue.
yeah i mean we will see how the rest of kickoff goes and who becomes available but buying out seven seems like a very good decision to me. and as for duelists there a few good tier 2 options. gotta see who becomes available tho.

nongshim looks really good and finally living up to the hype, i hope they take the 1st seed over RRQ which is their hardest match imo (regional merchants + kr slayers)
i unironically think nongshim is the best team itw rn the meta perfectly suits them until we see dambi get punished theres not really even another team who you could argue
