I'm sorry but tier 2 isn't tier 1, we have seen many players who have played subpar in tier 2 and have subpar stats in tier 2 and then come to tier 1 and fry.

I dont get what the academy team has anything to do with this, Redux was their sixth man, and accordingly to riots new rules on academy teams being allowed he was appointed as the 'captain' of it and played under it.
As much as Rob glazes reduxx for bringing it together the team it was going to happen regardless due to the dynamic between the main roster scrims and fostering new talent.
