this simply doesnt make sense. russian culture is infinitely closer to european culture than to chinese culture.
also..... this maybe a minor point but...
THEY ARE DIFFERENT CONTRIES IN DIFFERENT REGIONS
apart from the obvious, if cn were allowed to get unlimited russian players, theyd easily throw the bank at a lot of them cause all the money and viewership is in cn rn
