I know it's for comp, wuyang is insane in comp atm because of the really high consistent damage and survivability. she's part of the reason poke is so meta right now. wuyang players usually end the game with equal damage to the dps and equal healing to the support in my lobbies

well the first couple tiers of characters can still be good just situational like it says in the tiers so dive is good just situationally good like its bad half the time

I'd say kiri is "better" than wuyang if you're insane at kiri but for 99% of people (including top 500, though that's kind of a joke this season) they'd get more value out of wuyang since it's way easier to land shots and play safe on her.
on a side note wuyang has a way higher win rate in high ranks than kiri
now for ones I have less issue with but I still wouldn't place them where you did

i didnt make it an owcs coach did i just took a screenshot, also did u read the text on the tiers? like tracer is meta adjacent e.g. when vendetta is banned shes the best option and would commonly be used in a double flank dps line on maps like shambali

nah highly overrated
Reinhardt and Winston were the most fun heroes to play by far, Sigma was also very fun when it came out. Its sad how they fucked OW for tanks with addition of 5v5. There is nothing more satisfying and fun in gaming as playing Reinhardt with Zarya on King's Row against mirror comp. Or doing crazy stuff with Winston. OW2 completely ruined the feel for me as the game became so chaotic and it became almost impossible to kill anyone with all the healing shit.
