I got a steam email that said "Your verification code to log in" from Estonia, I thought "haha what loser is trying to log in to my steam account?" then I was like "well, they won't get the code so they won't be able to log in" who cares.... 2sec later, I get another steam email "Your email has been changed successfully"

Bro, contact steam support rn, they will return it to you, trust me, one of my friends had the same thing and he got his acc back. Trust me.

I can't even send a message to steam because their email no longer works and to submit a ticket you have to be logged in.... I guess I'll have to create a new account just to send them a message
To all that have lost access to Steam account and can't figure out how to write steam support:
1: Make a new account on on Steam with a different email.
2: Go to the support wizard (that didn't help earlier but trust!)

3: Press the "Steam Community" option
4: Go to the bottommost option "I need help with something not listed here"
5: Raise a ticket where you explain your situation and provide proof of ownership so they can help you getting your account back as quick as possible.

6: They responded to me in a day or so and provided me with a temporary password and i had access again.
