They looked roughy in their opening game but then looked amazing in both games after. Why do people act like they’re bad??? How do you expect them to play when they barely slept before the vivo keyd rematch. I think they’re the 2nd best team at the event.

Unfortunate event preceded with the Vivo game. That's why Acend couldn't show its full potential in the first few games. I believe they'll manage to show a great match so far. Their last match with TL was a close end in every map. Nevertheless, I love both teams and wish them good luck.

they didnt technically lose to VK, they won 2:1. if you do not want to get DQ, dont cheat and use bug. VK without bug? lose 2-0 to x10

ok we all agree VK should've been dq'd or lost the match for map3, but the cypher cam didn't change shit. they didn't get info from it and we all know they would've won the bo3 without it. not saying acend cheated them out of a win or anything, but that was prolyl one of the reasons why ppl underrated acend after the first bo3

Acend is good team. They aren't just that hyped, because people don't care that much about them. Acend as org is unknown and their players outside of cNed are pretty unknown as well (internationally). Also they are going against Team Liquid who are the favorites. And sadly they unwillingly took one of the "villain" roles due to that VK game incident. And because of this "cNed and friends" meme thing not that many people give respect to rest of Acend. Really sad that Acend vs TL is elimination game...

I dont get why they are the "villains" of this tournament even after they showed ton of respect to vivo keyd and even said they deserved to lose that match and still got hate from vivo keyd fans and players it wasn't up to them to replay the match it was riots decision

You are talking facts, but that's just how it goes sadly. Just look at Twitch chat after Acend won against Team Secret and there were bunch of people being negative towards Acend. Its not as bad anymore, but people don't seem to respect them much.

Acend are really good, but man I can't stand starxo. He has such a big ego for how he plays. Everytime when I get him in my ranked lobby, it's just insanely painful for me.
