What will PCFIC do now?

I've seen absolutely 0 pcfic roster rumours, the only rumours ive heard is that they dont have money. but they somehow seem determined to still go for tier 1 val. what will they do with their roster?

theyre losing the whole roster to bbl
also theyre probably being evaluated for partnership so they cant do anything yet

I honestly would be very surprised if they were in tier 1 next year
