Curry ACTUALLY to ENVY temporarily?

You can't tell me that after Map 1 of NV vs. C9, curry on the defensive side came clutch WHEN HE NEEDED TO.
We been knew that his most comfortable agent was Viper, and when he FINALLY gets put on it, he just SHOWS UP.

I'm not tryna glaze (just a little) or anything, but curry definitely looks comfortable with this team and I think it would actually be a good temporary fit for ENVY if they're looking to bring back ion early 2027.

Yeah, he was definitely a bit underwhelming on the attack side the first two maps, but my point about his Viper comes back with him going top frag / 11/6 on Attack for Bind.
Eggster went 1/10 on the attack side, and curry quite literally picked up the slack for him.

Wait, apologies, but you're confusing me a bit.

Yes, Oxy did Oxy-like things throughout the series, but you're comparing a superstar duelist to a temporary player.

I'm trying to state that it wouldn't be unlikely that curry does get an actual offer from ENVY for controller because of his comfortability and chemistry he already has with ion & canezerra. He's played in multiple different Tier 3 tournaments with them, so I'm saying it wouldn't be surprising to him for take ion's spot for now, and when he turns 18, he'll give it back to him.

Curry can only play Viper AND he was last alive the entire Bind game. He plays too passively in general.

Ya, this is fair.

If curry DOES want an opportunity, he's going to have to adapt to the faster-like/RANKERS playstyle that ENVY executes.

I can't lie though, Xeppaa was playing just as, if not, even more passively than curry on retakes for their defense side, there was a lot of timings and crunches that they could've had if he sped up just like how curry should've been doing.

Only play viper? Curry is like one of the most flexible players in the game lol. He’s a sub so ofc his tempo is going to feel slower or disjointed from what the team is usually like.

Former Tier 1/Tier 2 Omen stats, 100%, those were not ideal.

However, you look back at his vlr, he's been grinding Viper/Omen/Astra/Vyse for the past 3 months. If he doesn't believe he's Tier 1 ready yet, then that's completely fine, but even for just Kickoff/Stage 1, it wouldn't be an absolutely terrible experiment/investment.

I know, I was saying if they wanted to experiment curry for Kickoff or Stage 1, and then decided if they ACTUALLY want to confirm him on the roster moving forward before ion is actually confirmed in 2027.
