Not trolling but I think we should try out new players rather than investing on the old dogs. Plus he wasnt even that good back when he was in tier 1 and can't expect him to have a drastic transformation now

My guy he destroyed Ascension as IGL. And the IGL market is extremely tight.
If you cant get a JohnQT he is pretty much the best option left
u should not expect every emea team to be good. emea league needs trash teams so some teams can farm them
Starxo is fine. Has done well in tier 2, decent fragging for IGL, a lot of experience and even his time in VCT was decent and overlooked. They were never going to get Boaster, Boo, nAts and even Jamppi was unlikely if Vitality offered him. He is solid pick and IMO M8 fans should be excited for their upcoming roster. Bipo, Marteen, starxo, Minny + some(like globeX) is very solid and could do really well if the rookies adapt well.
I mean its fine but I fail to see them beat some of the big teams like FNC, TH, VIT, NAVI.
It just wasnt in the cards for this season. They need to have some success first before top dogs want to join them. Marteen was the highest caliber of player that would be willing to join them at this stage
Redgar literally won a masters maybe he could pull of a miracle once again with marteen. Redgar deserves another chance is what Im trying to say. Marteen and Minny are too good and can cause a lot of damage. Redgar can bring the trophy home, we will never know.
Sure, but same was said about GX, TH at start, this year's TL etc. Did anyone expect Verno to IGL MIBR to Champs playoffs or Ethan to lead team to Champs after this past year/last year? This M8 roster has the potential and very few teams can build rosters that instantly look top 3 on paper.
Realistically how were you gonna steal players form the top 3-4 teams? Even if you offer the bag they still have attractive cores and good org reputation in their advantage.
All things considered Gentlemates have built a good midtable roster with the hopes of making some Liquid/Giants style runs
