Astra got literally all cooldowns nearly doubled she is definitely that low

phx is wild tho yea

Skyes is too low (if she's confirmed to have regen on the flashes)

Phoenix natural replacement of Yoru in the meta - 2 good flashes with potential for more if fragging, molly, wall for getting space, fast to farm ult to get space
Yoru is literally an initiator only now
Harbor without even getting touched will have a big place in the next meta by being able to stall even more in what's supposed to be very slow meta next year
