bring back the bird recharge atleast
imo i want it to recharge every 2 kills - ik she's not a duelist but it would fit into the self-sustaining ini role
also make her heal cost 200 and go a tiny bit slower but she can heal herself as well

Honestly it works for tejo as well. Coz rn the rockets are kinda mid and getting one every 2 kills would be nice. But idt riot would do that to any of the initiators.
